Quovi syncs Apple Watch workouts through Apple Health, so there is no separate watch-pairing screen inside Quovi.
On iOS, open Profile -> Integrations, enable Apple Health, and grant workout access so Quovi can import Apple Watch activity data.
Quovi requests read-only permissions and never writes data to the Health app.
You can adjust permissions anytime in the Health app under Apps -> Quovi.
After you connect Apple Health, Quovi kicks off an initial import and then keeps newer workouts syncing in the background.
If something looks delayed, open Quovi and pull to refresh on Activities.
If Apple Watch workouts are not appearing, first confirm Quovi still has Workouts access in the Health app and make sure the workout finished saving to Apple Health or Fitness.
Then reopen Quovi and pull to refresh on Activities. If needed, disconnect and reconnect Apple Health from Profile -> Integrations.
Open Profile -> Integrations and tap Connect next to Garmin Connect to link your device and start automatic workout sync.
After you connect Garmin, Quovi starts an initial backfill of recent workouts before settling into normal ongoing sync.
It is normal for the first import to take a little time before all recent activities appear.
Garmin activities should continue syncing automatically after the initial backfill.
If something looks missing, pull down to refresh on the Activities tab and, if needed, reconnect from Profile -> Integrations.
You can disconnect anytime by tapping the checkmark next to Garmin in Profile -> Integrations and confirming.
Quovi automatically marks a scheduled workout complete when a Garmin or Apple Health activity lands on the same day and falls within tolerance windows.
If something does not auto-link, pull to refresh on the Activities tab first.
From Calendar -> tap a workout -> Activity Details, set the status to Done.
If no clear match is found, you will see Link Workout with nearby activities. You can pick the correct activity, skip linking, or unlink and relink from the linked activity card.
If you connect both Garmin and Apple Health, Quovi shows an Auto remove duplicate activities toggle under Profile -> Integrations.
Turn it on to keep the best-quality recording and quietly discard the duplicate copy.
You can share from two places: Activities → open any activity → Share, or Calendar → Activity Details. In the calendar flow, the share button enables once a workout is linked to that plan item.
Choose between Map or Details templates. Export uses a 4:5 portrait aspect. Shares opened from a planned workout can include plan context like notes and progress; shares opened from Activities use activity data only.
The current composer lets you switch templates, choose a map theme for map-based shares, and include notes when notes exist for the linked workout. If route data is missing, the source activity did not record GPS data.
Use Save to Photos or the standard iOS share sheet. Available destinations and their order are controlled by iOS, so if an app is missing, make sure it is installed and enabled in your share sheet.
If you’ve purchased before, open the iOS app and go to Profile → Account (Settings) and tap Restore Purchases. That triggers an App Store receipt sync—make sure you’re signed into the same Apple ID you originally used. On older iOS builds that still show a restore button on the paywall, that works too.
Access should unlock immediately. If not, pull to refresh or restart the app. Temporary billing issues may place your subscription in a short grace period where access remains enabled.
For App Store billing changes, refunds, or Apple ID issues, use Apple’s support channels. If Quovi still doesn’t unlock after a confirmed active subscription, email info@quovi.app.
Your AI coach creates personalized training plans based on your goals and fitness level.
Plans support 8 activity types: running, cycling, swimming, strength, yoga, pilates, hiking, and walking.
Archive, rename, or delete plans from your profile. You can have multiple active plans.
From the Calendar, tap any scheduled workout and choose Reschedule. A month view opens with colored dots that mirror the rest of your plan.
Swipe to change months, tap the new date, and press Apply. Moving to a past day asks for confirmation so you don’t accidentally back-date workouts.
When you close the sheet the calendar refreshes immediately, keeping the plan in sync across devices and notifying the coach engine of the new schedule.
From the iOS app sign-in, tap Forgot Password. Open the email link on your iPhone with the Quovi app installed—the app will securely update your session and guide you to set a new password.
Links can expire—request a new one. Ensure you open the message on the same device where Quovi is installed. Check spam/junk folders if you don’t see the email.
Open the confirmation link on your iPhone to verify your email—Quovi will return you to the Home tab and refresh your profile once verification succeeds. If you still see the sign-in screen, pull to refresh or sign in again.
The Daily Coach Brief lives at the top of the Home tab. It refreshes as your current day changes and can show either today's scheduled workout or a recovery-focused rest-day brief.
Tap the X to hide the brief for the rest of the day. A smaller streak chip stays on Home so you can tap it and bring the full brief back anytime that day.
Tap the workout tile to open today's workout details. Quick actions like Adjust today, Need motivation, Plan my day, and Ask Coach start a prefilled coach chat.
For supported outdoor workouts, Quovi can show weather timing guidance when location access is allowed. If notifications are enabled, Quovi also schedules a morning reminder around 8:00 AM local time that opens the brief directly.
Try closing and reopening the app, or restart your device if issues persist.
Ensure you're using the correct authentication method (Apple, Google, or email).
Check your internet connection and try pulling down to refresh on the main screens.
Manage your data privacy and chat history from your profile settings.
Open Profile → Account (Settings) and tap Delete Account to permanently remove your data.
Chat history is stored encrypted on your device, and you can clear it or purge coach memory from Profile → Privacy. Deleting your account signs you out, wipes local data, and asks our servers to remove your account and Garmin tokens.
Go to Profile → Account (Settings) → Edit Training Preferences to update experience level, days per week, preferred training days, long run day, and supported activity types. Tap Save to sync the new profile with your coach.
Log recent race performances and optional goal times in the same editor. Quovi uses these numbers to fine-tune pacing guidance and plan progressions.
Update your high-level goal from the Your Goal card, and adjust units, weight, or birthday (used for HR zones) under Profile → Personal Information.
Tap any workout in the Activities tab—or the linked activity inside a plan item—to view pace, heart rate, elevation, route maps, best efforts, and splits.
If GPS or HR charts are blank, the source file didn’t include that data. Re-sync the activity or ensure your device recorded the metrics. Set your birthday in Profile → Personal Information so Quovi can calculate heart-rate zones.
From the linked activity card you can unlink, jump into the full activity detail, or swap the source if a better recording exists.
Open Profile → Privacy → Personal Coach Memory to see what your AI coach has saved. Delete individual memories or purge everything—changes sync to the backend immediately.
Use Profile → Privacy → Clear Chat History to remove encrypted transcripts from your devices and Quovi’s servers. This is handy if you want a fresh conversation slate.
Conversation data is stored encrypted on-device. Clearing history or deleting your account removes the keys and data Quovi keeps.
Completing scheduled training days builds your streak. Quovi currently unlocks streak trophies at 3, 7, 14, and 30 consecutive training days.
Open Profile → Trophy Case to review earned and locked trophies. Earned trophies show a share icon so you can export them again later.
When you unlock a trophy, the celebration banner lets you View Trophy or Share Trophy immediately. You can also reopen the same share composer later from the Trophy Case.
Visit Profile and tap Request a Feature to send ideas straight to the team. We’ll confirm submission in-app.
Pair the request form with info@quovi.app for anything urgent—we love hearing what’s working and what isn’t.
